Mr. Ola Rosiji is the Chairman of Lexcel Group, a conglomerate involved in manufacturing of ethanol, wines and spirits, plastics and engineering products. His understanding of challenges in Africa market operations and managing in the Nigerian environment is unparalleled.

He is a visionary Chairman, who leads the strategic development of the group, whilst ensuring robust corporate governance. Mr. Rosiji holds a Bachelors degree in Science and an MBA.

Mr. Anil Kumar Ahluwalia is a seasoned Expert with over 40 years of effectively managing companies for growth and profitability through strategic management, innovation and personal leadership. He serves as Group Managing director for Lexcel group (Holding organization of Grand Oak Limited) and hold vast experience in the manufacturing, marketing and general management, particularly in Beverage Alcohol domain.

Mr. Ahluwalia has a brilliant academic record and went to the top rung and globally acclaimed institution schools and colleges such as Ashridge and London Business school.

Adekunle is the Group Executive Director. He holds a BA Honours degree in Law, Accounting and Economics from Newcastle University, a MSc. Finance from the European Business School, London and MBA from Hult Business School.

A fellow of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Wale Majolagbe is an alumnus of the University of Lagos. He joined the group in April 1992 and rose through the ranks, becoming the Group Finance Director.
